We let the world tell us that our worth is based entirely on what’s outside of us, on what can be seen. We’re not measured simply by our existence but rather by what we can offer. That light. That spark. That’s the Divine in you. The Christ in you. Let it radiate. That is what the world needs. That is what you can offer. That is what your Soul is worth. Do not let anyone outside of you tell you otherwise.

As I leave a relationship that is no longer in alignment with who I truly am, I see myself standing in my own power as I speak my truth without seeking anybody’s approval nor validation. I see myself living a healthy lifestyle—mind, body, and soul as I listen to my intuition. I am protecting my energy as the lost broken fragments of me come HOME to my True Self.

Standing where the light took me. Standing in my strength. Standing in my truth and power. I am slowly taking back control of my life. Where did all this beauty come from? A different path, a new journey awaits. Albeit all the unknowns, there is the certainty of a promising future.

Cast your cares, you tender being

Cast your heart and hear it beating

Cast your mind and know you’re willing

Cast your soul and find yourself conquering

It’s time for me to create for MYSELF what I have been creating for other people’s lives for 40+ years of my life. Now is the time for ME to step into my own light. And in doing so, I will have more impact that will help the generations to come, as I lead by example and inspiration on a much grander scale.

BIG LESSONS I have yet to master...

Focus on your LOVE. That one unique Love that only you can give. To the ones most important to you. That love is your sliver of light. That love will be the outgrowth, an offshoot that you can cling on to haul yourself up.

I needed to stay here for a while. It is where I can step back and allow the thoughts to rush in. I just let them pass by. The pain feels comfortable or maybe I was so numb that I don’t even feel the pain. Certain realizations that should have left my heart broken, but it didn’t. My heart was sheltered. By walls I put up. Barriers. When did I learn to do that? How did I learn to do that? 

Sometimes you connect with a beautiful soul that in them you find Hope— that glimmer of light in a world where you’re grappling on things that no longer serve you. A solid presence that brings you to your knees and say, “Thank you!” Thank you for showing up in my life.

You shine a radiant unique light. Please know that your energy is cherished by all those you’ve touched. I am looking deep into your eyes and feel filled with gratitude. Thank you for being here! For being you. You’ve got this!
