What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a 1:1 partnership between the coach and client to help guide you toward your goals. We will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching is a relationship between the coach and client to help you navigate a variety of health concerns. Using a formal, structured, evidence-based practice model, we'll work closely to help discover the why behind your desired health change and provide support and accountability to make healthy lifestyle changes.

How Long Should I do Coaching?

The term of the coaching engagement will differ from client-to-client. During our first session we will determine what your goals are then establish a monthly or bi-monthly meeting to check-in on those goals using the 30/60/365 methodology.

Is there a Boundless Authenticity Group that I can follow?

Yes! We have formed a Boundless Authenticity group on Facebook. This is a private group, and thus, a safe place for authentic conversations. Please honor all group member's privacy. Group engagements are subject to the rules of the group.
