I Only Need a Little Bit

I Only Need a Little Bit

Of Time to Spend

Of Sacred Space

Of Place to Unwind

Of Moments to Cherish

Of a Push on the back

Of a Tap on the shoulder

Of a Word of Honor.

I only need a little bit of time to spend

With my family

With learning my tricks of trade

With re-learning my profession

For helping and volunteering

For self-care

For soul-care

Because  I have a lot of love to give.

I only need a little bit of sacred space

To have a sliver of peace in my consumed mind

To kneel down because standing hurts right now

To find the Magic

To calm my Spirit

To send love to my Heart

To hold your Sacred Space as well.

I only need a little bit of  place to unwind

To commune with nature

To ground myself

To see clearly

To sleep soundly

For my health

To love everything and everyone deeply

To serve you better.

I only need a few moments to cherish

When my loved ones are home

When I’m surrounded by family

When I am One with Nature

To replenish the energy I needed to give back.

I only need a little bit of a push on the back

To give me a head-start

To give me the momentum

To learn again

To grow again

To feel alive again

For my passion can come to fruition.

I only need a tap on the shoulder

To let me know I’m doing my best

That I’m on the right track

That all of these crazy ideas I have in my mind  means something

To show up with passion.

This are my words of honor

That I celebrate our connection

That I trust our kinship

That I’ll stay in spite of

That we’ll love each other in spite of

That I got your back

And you got my back

A simple smile

A simple “Hey, how are you?”

A simple heart sign…

Then that “little bit”  expands to more

More gratitude

More things to be thankful for

To feel abundant

Because you are in my world

And I am in your world

And knowing that…

Is so much more than just a little bit.

LOVE…
