My Path Towards The Unimaginable

Of Letting Go and Making Space

“Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable. ”~Mary Oliver.

A year ago, I never imagined I would leave my healthcare, academic and administrative position to start my own blog/writing website. I gave up something that I was passionate about and kept noble for 30+ years of my life into something else I am passionate about. I am not sure if I will get back to the former again. Only time and circumstances can tell.

It took a lot of letting go and release including accolades and financial freedom. But with the release of what no longer serves me, my healing began (mind, body, and spirit). I am still healing. I guess we all still are, given the current global situation. As I release what no longer serves me, I make room to manifest what does.

The unimaginable.

Writing was just a hobby for me. Creativity was just a play with my artwork doodles. But my heart remained open. As I kept on writing, my heart furthered into new possibilities. Partnerships. New visions and evolving missions. To set the stage to voices like mine...like others who have stories to tell. To let their voices be heard. To let our truths be known.

Boundless Authenticity. The truth that knows no boundaries. Our authentic selves given to let our stories be known. To let our truths sound across borders and boundaries of distance, time, age, lifestyles, and beliefs.

Sometimes I catch myself second-guessing what I have started. But every time I think about all the possibilities, my heart opens up to more unimaginables. So many more big dreams.

This is my truth.

My hope is that you leave some space in your heart for the unimaginable because you are totally worth it. No matter how stuck or undeserving you feel, you are worthy of anything you think is unimaginable. Your heart knows. Your Spirit will guide you. You are a walking, breathing, unimagined dream that has yet to be unleashed. Your life, as it unfolds is a miracle...a sweet reminder of all the beautiful things that you can offer into this world.

Take heed. Pay attention. Listen. Leave some room for the unimaginable.

Blessings on your journey.

Anna Evans

I am a writer at heart. My love for art and my creativity was stunted at a young age because of an elder’s opinion, as I was catapulted into a profession that I offered my love and passion for, and held it noble for 30+ years of my life.

I am a wife and a mom to 2 brilliant young adults/old souls. Going through midlife and empty-nesting, I have learned the power of true human connection.

I have a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy with 30+ experience in clinical practice, administration, academia, and academic administration. I am a Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist, a Certified Health Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Yoga Teacher.
