As I leave a relationship that is no longer in alignment with who I truly am, I see myself standing in my own power as I speak my truth without seeking anybody’s approval nor validation. I see myself living a healthy lifestyle—mind, body, and soul as I listen to my intuition. I am protecting my energy as the lost broken fragments of me come HOME to my True Self.

Just like the autumn leaves, I change, I let go, and I move on. This is the soul of my season. This is the season of my Soul.

And so you show up into the world with your head held high and say: “You’ve seen my descent. Now watch my rising” (Rumi). 

Through my Infinite Self, I am now able to look at my Self from a higher vantage point where I am able to reflect on every challenge that I have tackled and dealt with.
