“Let the ruins come to life In the beauty of Your name Rising up from the ashes God forever You reign, And my soul will find refuge In the shadow of your wings.”

—Hillsong (Glorious Ruins)

My Christian faith has gotten me through life’s expected and unexpected turns. Way before social media, during my teenage years. I was part of a Youth Christian group that I, at one time, I have gotten the opportunity to lead. As an adult, I continued attending, and occasionally give talks to Christian gatherings. That is where I get my inspiration and respite from.

It was in August of 2017 when due to a fatal car accident, I lost my youngest daughter...at her budding age of 20. Life took a fierce and critical change that plunged me into the darkest journey I ever had. I perceived my life dividing itself into 2 eras: Before Death and After Death. Before accident, I never imagined myself “ walking through this valley of the shadow of death”. But God kept His promise of being by my side throughout her wake and months to follow. With their presence, I am appreciative of my friends and family...

...and music.

Music is therapy. Music moves people. It connects people in ways that no other medium can. It pulls heartstrings. It acts as medicine.
— Macklemore

I cannot imagine my journey without music. I like various kinds: from classical to opera, and rock to new wave. But what I treasure more in music is praise and worship. It has greatly helped me in my healing process. If I can see Mercy Me, LIVE, in concert, my heart will be jumping for joy.

I am a mother of 2 adults and a beautiful angel. Empty-nesting much earlier than I had planned to, I have a grandson with whom I am so crazy about. They are my pride and joy and my reason for holding on to Life, as I journey through my darkness.

This is what I believe in: we are all on a journey, albeit on different stages, either alone or with our tribes, or with kindred ones.

I am here to reach out to those of you who are in the process of grieving, from the loss of loved ones, or from a relationship.

I  am here to reach out to all the “broken” and tired of life’s bumps and hurts.

And if in finding your way, with God’s grace, the truths that I share resonates with you, then I can begin to see a glimmer of light through the darkness that I’m going through...Then I can see my life would have been worth the loss that I am still grieving for.

Dear friends and kindred ones, I invite you to walk alongside us through our journey-- with our writings, podcasts, and yes, MUSIC!... through Boundless Authenticity.

He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others...we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us…
